SpaceOps provides software tools designed to help coworking spaces, innovation hubs, and flexible office operators manage memberships, bookings, billing, and workspace operations. These services are provided through the SpaceOps website and platform located at spaceops.co.

To use certain features of the SpaceOps platform, you must create an account. You agree to: - provide accurate and complete information - maintain the security of your account credentials - notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches - accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account SpaceOps is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

Workspace operators using SpaceOps are responsible for: - managing the data they upload or store on the platform - complying with applicable laws and regulations - obtaining any required consent from their members for data collection or processing - ensuring their use of the platform does not violate third-party rights SpaceOps acts as a software provider and does not control how workspace operators manage their members or businesses.

You agree not to use SpaceOps to: - violate any laws or regulations - distribute malicious software or harmful content - attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform - interfere with platform performance or security - misuse the platform for fraudulent or abusive activities SpaceOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SpaceOps services are offered through subscription plans. Subscription terms, pricing, and minimum commitments are described on the Pricing page of the SpaceOps website. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: - pay the applicable fees for your selected plan - comply with the minimum commitment period associated with that plan - allow SpaceOps to process payments through approved payment providers Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

SpaceOps aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from interruptions. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability.

All rights, title, and interest in the SpaceOps platform, including software, design, content, and technology, remain the property of SpaceOps or its licensors. These Terms do not grant users ownership of the platform or any associated intellectual property. Users may not: - copy or reproduce the platform - reverse engineer the software - create derivative works based on SpaceOps - resell or sublicense the platform without authorization

Workspace operators retain ownership of the data they upload or manage within the SpaceOps platform. By using the platform, you grant SpaceOps permission to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. SpaceOps handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceOps will not be liable for: - indirect or consequential damages - loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities - data loss resulting from user actions or third-party services Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to SpaceOps in the preceding twelve months.

Users may stop using SpaceOps at any time. SpaceOps may suspend or terminate accounts if: - these Terms are violated - payment obligations are not met - the platform is used in a harmful or unlawful way Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

SpaceOps may modify or improve the platform over time. This may include adding, changing, or removing features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the SpaceOps website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
