SpaceOps provides software tools designed to help coworking spaces, innovation hubs, and flexible offices manage their operations — including member management, desk and room bookings, billing, and communications. By using SpaceOps, you agree to these Terms.

You must create an account to use SpaceOps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Administrators: If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to: - Use SpaceOps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or related systems - Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others - Resell or sublicense access to SpaceOps without prior written consent

SpaceOps operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Your use of SpaceOps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. By using SpaceOps, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

SpaceOps and its underlying technology, including the platform, software, design, and documentation, are owned by The Garage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in SpaceOps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceOps and The Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpaceOps at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of SpaceOps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
